Business/Leadership Coaching Session

This service is all about business, careers and leadership. It is multi-generational. My intent is to assist and guide business owners in running their business by helping them clarify the vision for their business. Provide guidance to take a business from where it is now to where the owner wants it to be. Help with short and long term business plans. Inspire entrepreneurs with business start-ups and how to live out their goals in life. Assist with relationships between the business, their employees, their clients and their vendors. Help establish a winning leadership style. Give guidance for coping with mergers and acquisitions should they arise. Work with the business owner to formulate a succession plan or exit strategy for him. As a previous CEO and business owner of a very successful company, I feel I am uniquely qualified to give guidance in these areas.
